what do I need in order to get married in Raleigh North Carolina?
I live in Raleigh and neither me or my fiance have a Social Security Number and we wanna get married, what is the paper work we need in order to get married?

Specifics for Wake county are here * Applicants (bride and groom) do NOT need to be residents of North Carolina to marry in Wake County or North Carolina. * A premarital medical examination is NOT required. * Two witnesses are required for all marriage ceremonies. * Marriages may be performed by an ordained minister of any religious denomination, a minister authorized by a church, a magistrate, or a federally- or state-recognized Indian Nation or tribe. * Civil ceremonies are performed by magistrates at the following locations and times: Marriages are performed in the Wake County Courthouse by a magistrate on Monday through Friday. The Courthouse is located between Martin and Davie Streets with entrances from Salisbury Street and Fayetteville Street. The fee is $20 (cash only) and no appointment is necessary. Marriages are performed in courtroom 921 between 10 and 11:30 a.m. and in courtroom 9G, 9H or 9I between 3 and 4:30 p.m. If you need further assistance, please call 919-792-4901 and leave a voicemail message. Someone will return your call. * If you wish to be married in the evening, the weekend or on a holiday, the Magistrates' Office within the Wake County Public Safety Center can provide this service.
